Rights and Submissions
Where the press is open, and where it is not.
Rights.
M∀NUS Press holds world rights to the titles it publishes, in every language and format. Translation, serial and audio rights to Codex No. 1 — Derivatives Clearing: A Comprehensive Guide — are available.
The Translatio line runs in the other direction as well. Publishers and agents holding Japanese-language rights to a work of professional practice are welcome to write.
- Write to contact@manus-press.com, with ‘Rights’ in the subject line.
- Acquiring from us — the language and territory, the format, and the term.
- Offering to us — the title, the author, the year, and where the book already sells.
Opus — commissioned, not submitted.
The Opus line is for single-author works by other writers. Those books are commissioned: the press approaches the author.
M∀NUS Press does not run an open submissions period and does not read unsolicited proposals or manuscripts. That follows from publishing one book a year.
One book a year. In no hurry.
